Navigation lights in the Solent
Apparently, these are navigation lights recently erected to aid the passage of aircraft carriers into and out of Portsmouth Harbour. They are just outside the main shipping channel but I haven't been able to establish their precise location. They don't appear to be on either Bing or Google satellite images.
