Where in Chester is this (1977)?

6000 KGV had arrived in Chester at the head of 'Severn Valley Ltd' from Bridgnorth and was being turned & serviced (but I don't know whether it had been turned here). It must be obvious where this is but I cannot place it. On the left the vans suggest a NCL (National Carriers) depot. There are 2 distinctive houses. On the right there is a very distinctive lattice steel footbridge. Obviously there is easy pedestrian access. I've looked at scores of photos on geograph & maps on NLS but nothing helpful has turned up!

Approx Grid Reference: SJ 40 67
